History Book Project

The Calgary Japanese Community Association is in the process of creating a history book of Japanese Canadians living in and around Calgary. They are in desperate need of financial support.

SEEKING ANYONE that will donate to this project, it would be appreciated, as it lowers the cost of the book.

As well, they will be recognized in the book if they donate. What better way to be enshrined to support of the CJCA.

The categories are:

Gold – $500
Silver – $300
Bronze – $100

I want this year to be better than last year! There are great events planned for this year from various Japanese communities which we will definitely be a part of! See below for a quick look at all the exciting event in 2012!

April – Dinner Gala (Organized by Japanese Students Association of U of C)

May – Charity Concert/Talent Show to help victims of Earthquake/Tsunami in Japan (Organized by NJCA Choir Group)

June – Annual Picnic and Sports Day (Organized by NJCA)

August – Japanese Summer Festival (Organized by CJCA and Calgary Buddhist Temple)
